    "Our project involved elements that are far more complex than general construction. The facilities were designed specifically for the preparation, printing and processing equipment to produce newspapers. It is a tremendous challenge for a contractor to work with more than a dozen newspaper equipment vendors who design and manufacture equipment for our specific needs and use. Most newspapers use contractors who have previous experience in building newspaper production facilities. We chose R. Pedersen & Sons, which had no previous experience, and they have performed above our expectations and better than those companies who specialize in our kind of construction. And Project Eclipse has been completed on time and within budget.
