    Grandstand Renovation & Restaurant Addition
    Location: Fresno, CA
    Client: Fresno District Fair
    Architect: Office of the State Architect, Sacramento, CA

    This project had extremely tight schedule parameters. As a matter of fact, the other two bidders for the project qualified their sealed bids by stating that "the project could not be built in the time allowed before the start of the next Fresno District Fair." We did not make this qualification in our bid and we were the low bidder. R. Pedersen & Sons ultimately completed the project ahead of schedule.

    The project involved major structural demolition and the construction of a four story steel frame and a two story cast-in-place addition.
