    Working with the owner and designers from the early design stages proved to be of benefit for all on this project. R. Pedersen & Sons provided a full complement of pre-construction services which saved the owner several hundred thousand dollars in construction costs.

    Accurate input from our firm during the design phase relating to construction aided the architects and owners in making tough design decisions. Our input helped reduce the unknowns and guess work during this phase.

    The hands-on approach by our principals let the owners/doctors concentrate on their practices knowing full well that their project was in good hands. The comments by Dr. Larry Lawrence attest to our success on this project.
